When you reach out to us, here's what typically happens:
- We respond to email inquiries within one working day
- For booking requests, we'll confirm availability and pricing
- New clients receive a brief intake questionnaire about their pet
- First-time grooming clients are welcome to schedule a meet-and-greet
- Boarding clients can arrange a facility tour before booking
