Our Story
elden-gear began in 2018 when a small group of animal enthusiasts noticed a gap in local pet care: services that treated animals as individuals rather than appointments. What started as neighbourhood dog walking quickly grew as word spread about our attentive, personalised approach.
Today we operate from a purpose-built facility in Bristol, serving hundreds of pets and their families each month. Our growth has been deliberate—we expand only when we can maintain the quality of care that earned us our reputation.
Every team member is here because they share a genuine connection with animals. That's not a hiring slogan; it's the foundation of everything we do.

Our Approach
We don't believe in one-size-fits-all pet care. Every animal that enters our facility receives an individual assessment, and we adapt our methods accordingly.
A senior dog with joint issues won't have the same boarding experience as an energetic puppy. A nervous rescue cat requires different handling than a confident show cat. Recognising these differences isn't extra service—it's basic competence.
